In 2021, Bryan Tubaugh and his mother, Hellinda Lizarraga, set out to build something different in hospitality. Starting with two properties in Tucson, Arizona, they founded Aligned on three principals: love for the industry, faith in their teams, and the kind of deep industry bonds that only come from doing this work for decades.
In just a few years, that foundation carried them across three states and eight cities. Not through a national rollout or a private equity playbook – but through relationships, results, and a commitment to treating every owner’s asset the way a family would treat their own. That’s not a philosophy. It’s just how they were raised.
